How does it work?

Any UC Santa Cruz student can access the Redwood Free Market. All you need is your student ID!

When you arrive you will be asked to fill out our pantry intake form. This is required at every visit there are some questions that only need to be answered at your first visit. 

We operate on a take what you need policy, meaning there are absolutely no limits on what you take or how many times you access the pantry in a week. 

Please bring your own bag!
