How To Connect With Us
If you are a student needing assistance, you can contact Slug Support by using the options below.
Slug Support Intake Form
If you’re facing a difficult situation and need support, we invite you to complete the Slug Support intake form. This will help connect you with a case manager who can work with you to identify next steps and available resources.
Intakes are reviewed and assigned within 3–5 business days. Once assigned, your case manager will reach out with a link to schedule a meeting via Zoom, phone, or in person. During times of high demand, we may need to prioritize urgent basic needs concerns, and it could take up to two weeks to schedule your appointment. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Please note: This form is not intended for emergency situations.
- If you or someone else is experiencing a mental health crisis, contact CAPS at (831) 459-2628. Crisis support is available 24/7 (press option 3 after calling).
- You can also reach the Mobile Crisis Team at (831) 502-9988, available Tuesday–Sunday, noon–10 p.m.
- If there is an immediate concern for your safety or the safety of others, call 911.
